This Data Policy Statement applies only to your use of this survey.
The Survey is being conducted on behalf of Tipperary Children and Young People’s Services Committee (CYPSC).
Confidentiality and Anonymity
The individual responses to this questionnaire are confidential to the Tipperary CYPSC members.
The responses to this survey are anonymous.

The survey uses cookies the purpose of which is to ensure only one response can be received from an email address.
Use of Information
The information gathered will be used to assist Tipperary CYPSC to prepare the Tipperary Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP).
If a child protection or welfare concern is identified in the response, the information will be shared with the appropriate social work team.
Non identifying quotes from responses may be used in the CYPP. The CYPP will be published on the Tipperary CYPSC website and other websites.
Tipperary CYPSC will not share individual responses to this survey with any third party or other organisation.
Retention of Information
This information will be stored on a secure Tusla server.
