Tipperary CYPSC Young Adults survey

Hi

This survey is being organized on behalf of Tipperary Children & Young People’s Services Committee. Tipperary CYPSC was set up in 2015 to find out what the main issues and needs are for children, young people and adults, aged 0 – 24 years, in County Tipperary. It is composed of representatives from the range of agencies, voluntary and statutory, that work with this age group and their families, such as the schools, family support, youth services, and the County Council.
Tipperary CYPSC is now commencing on its 2nd Children & Young People’s Plan. We are looking for your views on what you consider is really important about Health; Education & Training; Employment Opportunities; Safety & Security at Home and in the Community; and your experience of feeling part of the Community, being Respected in and Contributing to your Community.
Your views in this survey will greatly assist us in developing a Work Plan to tackle the priority issues.
In acknowledgement of the time and thought given by you to completing this questionnaire, you will be asked if you want to be included in a raffle for a prize at the end of the survey.

Kind Regards,

Ruairí Ó Caisleáin,
